This is a themed property designed and decorated for large families with lots of children. The aim is to awaken children's love of the sea and take them on an adventure through the mysteries of the 7 seas. The property is sprinkled with references to the sea, its mysteries and its exploration, in such a way as to provide an immersive experience that makes the stay special and unforgettable for any child.

The space
IMPORTANT - The resort has its own generator to deal with the constant power outages that are very common in the summer.

The entrance to the resort is just 400 meters from the BR 101 highway, in one of the easiest and SAFEST access points on the entire Costa Verde, in one of the wildest and most unspoiled areas of Angra dos Reis (we are INSIDE a permanent preservation area, which in turn is inside Enseada do Ariró - one of the most unspoiled and wildest areas on the entire Costa Verde, and with the least real estate development in Angra dos Reis).

Sperm whale teeth, whale vertebrae, hourglass, telescope, scuba diving, exotic shells, a playground with helm, compass and control panel with lights, reminiscent of the bridge of Captain Nemo's nautilus, mermaid, bell, compass, fossil teeth of giant sharks, cages, sextant, maps, navigation lights, lamps, globes and replicas of historic ships, among many others, as well as 2 wonderful stone sculptures reproducing the seabed complete this unique and very playful setting...

This is a GROUND FLOOR, all-suite property, the result of the union and reconfiguration of two properties, which now has 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and each with its own bathroom. It has a total private area of 160m2. We offer free broadband internet of 200mgb with wi-fi access in all rooms and beach/pool towels for our guests, as well as all bed and bath linen...

The kitchen (galley) is American-style and equipped for gourmet chefs. Mixer, bread machine, food processor, waffle grill, double griddle for grilling sandwiches, baking pans, roasters, and all kinds of pots and pans, including two clay pots from Espírito Santo for stews and moquecas. As well as plates, cutlery, glasses and wine and champagne glasses. The kitchen also has a side-by-side fridge with an ice factory in the door, a smart gourmet stove and a microwave combined with a sixth sense electric oven / The dinette has a spacious counter and a folding table at the end, next to the kitchen and with swivel seats for 7 people / The living-lounge has a spacious sofa for 5 people with an extendable seat and reclining backrest, two round armchairs and two puffs. In the center of the veranda is an extendable teak table for 8 or 10 people, another 160-liter refrigerator for chilling soft drinks and beers and a 12-service dishwasher.

At one end of the balcony is the laundry room with a tank and washer-dryer, and at the other end is the summer living room (an intimate outdoor room next to the captain's cabin) with a large carved teak sofa and two chairs, as well as a playground with a helm, compass, lights and controls, and a whale vertebra hanging from the ceiling.

Between the balcony table and the summer living area is a gas barbecue with five rotating skewers and double burners enclosed in tempered glass.

Guest access
We are in a resort with an area of more than 98,000m2 made up of a hotel sector, a residential sector, a marina and a permanent environmental preservation area corresponding to 60% of the total area. Entrance is through the complex's security and is restricted to hotel guests, occupants of the residences and users of the Marina.

The entire Costabella complex has 24-hour security and continuous patrols day and night.

All of Costabella's outdoor areas are communal and shared... courts, swimming pools, beach, Play Ground, marina and gardens are open to all resort guests for free access and use, as are the hotel's internal communal areas such as the lobby, restaurant and bars, as well as the Marina's shopping center, where our second restaurant, Estrela do Mar, is located...

We have 2 beaches within the environmental reserve, one artificial in the private area of the reserve (Costabella Resort & Marina) and the other natural in the public area of the reserve.

One is inside the complex and is less than 2 minutes' walk from the properties.

The other is outside the resort but within our grounds, is a public beach and is part of the environmental reserve and is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The water quality of our two beaches and of the Caputera River, which forms an estuary right in front of Costabella, is monitored by a biologist who makes daily visits to check on the health of the ecosystem surrounding the resort.

Our paradisiacal swimming pool is right next to the beach and has 3,000m2 of water with bridges, islands, beaches and a wet bar that serves snacks and drinks and is staffed by two lifeguards.

In addition to the resort's own restaurants and bars, there are 3 beautiful and excellent restaurants on the nearby islands (no more than 7 minutes away by Taxi-Boat) which offer a free transfer service to resort guests from the floating pier at the Costabella marina.

As we are INSIDE a reserve there is LOTS of wildlife everywhere. Capybaras come to drink water from our pool at dawn. We are in an area where nature is exuberant and wild... Micos, herons, toucans, maritacas and parakeets surround us and it's common to see flocks early in the morning and late in the afternoon. In our mangrove swamp, which is clean and healthy, many fish breed and live there and we have hawksbill turtles, which come there to breed and some of which have stayed there and live in the mangrove swamp and the sand on our beach is full of shellfish...

Once a day, bran is put out for the birds to eat and life shows itself in all its colors and songs in this little paradise!

Due to the abundance of fish, it's common to see schools of anchovies swimming in the water at night, fleeing from the sea bass attack...

It is forbidden to fish inside the reserve, but a little further out, there are a few paddles outside it where fishing is abundant and plentiful...

In the bay of Ilha Grande you have 365 islands, 2,500 beaches and countless restaurants by the sea, the most charming historic city in Brazil (Paraty), which has become a world gastronomic hotspot with more than 800 restaurants, is only 80 km from the resort, we are 10 km from the center of Angra dos Reis where you will find all kinds of shops and the village of Japuíba is only 5 minutes away by car and offers, in addition to ALL kinds of shops, emergency medical and dental services, gas stations and all kinds of technical services.

We've been going to Angra dos Reis for over 30 years and every time (with each new visit) we discover a new beach, a new creek you can paddle in, a new hidden cove, a bag we've never visited before or yet another beach with a creek and natural pools. It's one of the most beautiful places on the PLANET and it's impossible to describe the beauty of this place unless you've been there and tasted it in person... because it sounds like a lie...

But it's not, it's here in Brazil, within everyone's reach!!!
